The following are the Terms of Service and conditions of continued service set in place by Little Lana. It is the responsibility of the client/buyer/viewer to stay updated up these Terms and Conditions to the best of their ability. By submitting an application for service by Little Lana, the client has agreed to the Terms.

    By agreeing to these Terms (see: Terms and Conditions), you agree to not contact Little Lana on any social media platforms or alternative pages, sites, or sources in relation to any professional service inquiries or professional service opportunities. 

  • My deepest desire is to help others feel better, both mentally and physically. I offer a wide range of services ranging from silent cuddle sessions and more.

  • PERSONAL SERVICES 

    No persons under the age of 21 are allowed to utilize the in-person services of Little Lana. 

    Those who are over the age of twenty-one (21) years old and are interested in the services provided by Little Lana are all welcome to apply.


    ONLINE SERVICES

    No persons under the age of eighteen (18) years of age are allowed to create an account on any platforms (including but not limited to: fan sites, streaming sites, social media platforms, personal accounts via Little Lana’s website). 

    Any persons caught violated these terms will have their access terminated immediately upon discovery and will be black listed.

    In places where the age of majority is below eighteen (18) years old, all persons still must be a minimum of eighteen (18) years old to create an account or use the Platform. 

  • All services are available only for those who have fully completed the Book Me application, and received a written letter of acceptance of their verification from Little Lana via email. 

    Through the acceptance of these terms, the client acknowledges that the provider’s availability for services is solely up to the provider and that the provider has the right to change her business hours as she sees fit. 

    The client understands and agrees that the provider has the right to deny any potential client for any reason as she sees fit.

    The client acknowledges that the provider has the right to cancel an appointment if she thinks she may be entering or creating an unsafe environment including, but not limited to: increased risk of the transmission of viruses or diseases through injury or recent environmental exposure, the mental state of both the client and/or the provider, the physical state of the client and/or provider. 

  • My safety, my client’s safety, and my client’s comfort are my top 3 priorities.

    May any client threaten to disrupt or choose to disregard their rights and responsibilities upon submitting their booking application, their services and availability to services will be terminated immediately and permanently.

    By submitting an application for approval, the client agrees to follow and practice all etiquette standards both inside and outside of each session in regards to any form of contact with Little Lana and services she may choose to provide. 

    Upon the finalized submission and verification of their screening application, the client is therefore liable and responsible for their behavior moving forward, and are subject to all consequences and policies stated in these Terms. By submitting their application, they understand that they have agreed to follow all conduct guidelines as outlined in the platform’s Code of Conduct (see: Terms and Conditions), Confidentiality Agreement, Client Welcome Packet, Etiquette Page, Terms of Service, and Privacy Policy

    The client agrees to ask the provider if they have any questions or concerns about specific terms that they may be unable to follow for any reason.  

    By agreeing to these Terms you accept that any actions taken that disregard the agreement made in these Terms may be subject to action as seen appropriate by Little Lana, including but not limited to the removal of access to any and all private and public platforms shared with Little Lana. 

  • PROVIDER SAFETY

    → Please do not book an appointment if you are sick or have recently been sick.

    Your safety and mine are always top of mind. From monthly health checks to vaccinations for COVID-19, HPV, and Hepatitis, I prioritize wellness so you can feel as secure as you do excited.

    If you happen to have a scheduled appointment and get sick or start exhibiting potentially concerning symptoms prior to the appointment date, please let me know ASAP and you will get priority scheduling once you are feeling better.

    Concerning symptoms include: sore throat, runny noses, coughs, excessive sneezing, eye infections, symptoms of any STD/STI - unusual discharge, discomfort or pain in the urethra or vaginal cavity, cold sores (or any sores around the mouth, nose, genitals), etc.

    If you end up testing positive for Covid prior to an appointment, please note that you will be required to provide a recent cleared test. If you do not have access to a recent Covid test, you will be required to wait a minimum of 30 days from the original scheduled appointment to ensure the risk of transmission has ended.

    If you come to your appointment with obvious symptoms of being sick you will be sent home and charged the full amount of the service booked.

    By agreeing to these terms you are agreeing to not endanger me or my ability to work. By showing up sick you have automatically risked my ability to work for 7-14 days. Even if it was an accident, you will still be held liable. So it is in your best interest to reschedule at your earliest convenience if you do have any concerns, regardless how mild about risking my safety and job security.

    CLIENT SAFETY

    It is the clients responsibility to disclose any and all conditions, disabilities, medical anomalies that could potentially threaten their own well being during service. In the event that the client does not disclose any preexisting conditions, they forfeit their right to pursue any form of retribution, financial or otherwise, through the acceptance of these terms upon their submission of their screening application.

    The client acknowledges and agrees to their responsibility to their own well-being during service and acknowledges that they will not agree to show up in an endangered state, and agrees that such actions would in turn endanger the provider.

    The client understands and acknowledges that the provider of services does not own an Epi-Pen or any life saving medical equipment and therefore would not be able to act in a medical emergency of any state.

    The client understands that by putting themselves in a potentially dangerous situation, they are equally putting the provider in a dangerous situation; upon that understanding they agree that they will not endanger the provider.

    The client understands that the provider has the right to reject their application for any purpose, including but not limited to the question of the provider’s ability to provide a safe environment for both parties.

    ENVIRONMENTAL SAFETY

    The client agrees that they will not bring any objects, substances, or other foreign materials into any place of work that could threaten or endanger the safety of the provider, the client, or the client’s belongings (included, but not limited to: weapons of any form, drugs, toxins, chemicals, and animals).

  • The account holder of any online fan sites of Little Lana acknowledges and agrees to the right of Little Lana’s choice to terminate any communication and in extreme cases to mute or block the account due to concerns of safety or privacy violations. 

    Any client of Little Lana acknowledges and agrees the right to of Little Lana’s choice to terminate any communication and discontinue any service availability with them if any concerns arise (including, but not limited to: safety concerns, privacy violations, violation of the Terms agreed to upon the submission of their screening application). 

  • → It is in my policy that I update my prices yearly.

    → All prices are subject to change at times.

    DEPOSITS

    The client agrees to the $100 deposit 24 hours prior to the appointment date which will be delivered through electronic form through one of the provider’s top 3 preferred payment platforms (see: Ways To Pay)

    The client agrees to pay the remaining donation sum upon entering the agreed place of appointment.

    ————

    PAYMENTS & PAYMENT PLATFORMS

    All payments will be made in the currency of United States Dollars, see: USD.

    Deposits and payments can be made through Venmo, CashApp, Apple Pay, and PayPal Business.

    Other platforms that accept payments include OnlyFans, GoFundMe, Ko-fi, Buy Me A Coffee, and via my website Donations page.

    Due to the mandatory processing fees in association with the Terms of PayPal Business, an additional $50.00 USD will be required as an additional fee for any transactions over $200.00 USD.

    I do not accept checks of any kind.

    *** Any cash donations or payments for material products will not be accepted in bills under $20.00 USD. ***

  • → All deposits are non-refundable.

    → All purchases and donations are non-refundable.

    By accepting these terms, the client forfeits all rights to pursue any form of refund or retribution for payments, regardless if they decide they disagree with their purchase or donation amount at a later time.

    In rare cases where there are genuine extenuating circumstances, Little Lana may decide to allow the partial refund of a service donation or purchase.

    THIRD PARTY REFUNDS

    Little Lana is not liable for any refund policies disputes on any third party platforms. If an account holder has an issue with a payment issue on a third party platform they agree to bring it up with the third party platform's customer service, and not try to bring Little Lana into the dispute, regardless of the nature of the grievance.

  • By using this platform, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to agree to these Terms. Please note that for any in-person services, you must be at least 21 years of age. Your use of the services indicates your full acceptance of these Terms, Code of Conduct Policy, Privacy Policy, and compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

    If you do not or cannot accept these Terms, you should not continue registration or use of the services.

  • Little Lana may update or change these Terms at any time, at her discretion, and without prior notice.

    When important updates to this agreement are made, she will do her best to let you know at least 30 days ahead of time, either by email or with a notice on her platforms.

    It’s your responsibility to review and understand any updates to the Terms.

    By continuing to use Little Lana’s platforms and services after changes are made, you automatically agree to the revised Terms.

  • As a user, you agree that any legal disputes related to these Terms will be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Los Angeles, California, or in any other location where services are performed—regardless of the client’s or customer’s primary place of residence.

    It is the client’s responsibility to adhere to following local and state laws to the best of their ability and knowledge. If the client has any questions or concerns of related laws it is up to their own discretion to find either legal counsel or do independent research on their own. In no way or form does Lana have the right to advise, direct, or make judgements on their decision making and therefore is not liable for any choices made by any client.

    If any client seeks to harm or behave in any way that could potentially threaten or harm Little Lana or her work, they agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction and the courts located in Los Angeles, California.

  • Little Lana may post your content (ie. reviews) on external platforms, such as blogs, fan sites, and social media. As these third-party services operate independently, Little Lana can only be held liable for the content she directly posts. She doesn't have control over what else they may display and therefore is not responsible for their content, ads, products, or any other material they may present.

    Little Lana takes privacy and discretion seriously.

    No identifying information shall ever be shared by Little Lana.

    If you or someone you know ever finds identifying information on third party platforms that are not owned or registered under Little Lana, it is your duty to bring it to Little Lana’s attention immediately so she can resolve the issue.

    Please note: It is suggested that you contact the third-party platform independently as well if you find your personal identifying information, as users have a higher chance of getting a response with large companies with multiple requests about an issue.

    You understand and accept that Little Lana cannot be held accountable for any issues—whether actual or claimed—that result from your use of, or trust in, products or services offered by third-party providers.

  • Kindly review the benefits included with your selected membership level to ensure you’re aware of the services available to you. Please note that the platform is unable to provide refunds for membership selections made in error.
